These 2025 coins feature an elegant depiction of a snake, a symbol of wisdom and transformation in Chinese culture. The reverse design portrays portrays a snake curled among bamboo stems. The Chinese character for ‘Snake’ and the inscription ‘Year of the Snake’ are prominently displayed, along with The Perth Mint’s iconic ‘P’ mintmark.
The obverse of the coin bears the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II by Jody Clark, along with the monetary denomination.
